The New Frontier Armory polymer blow back hammer replaces the standard polymer hammer that comesinstalled onthe LW-4 complete polymer lower. The blowback hammer has been designed slightly narrower, resulting in better compatibility with dedicated AR-15 .22LR, 9mm and otheruppers that do not use a bolt carrier with a mil-spec slot.

This part is not required for standard centerfire uppers but will work with them as well once it is installed.
