Refunds and Returns:
Cancelation Fee: Any order canceled after a tracking number has been assigned and order status has been updated to "shipped" in our system will have a 15% cancelation fee deducted from the refund.
-- Any order placed for a product not allowed in your state will have a 15% cancelation fee deducted from the refund. A popup message at checkout will warn about verifying legality of products in your state. This popup needs to be closed/acknowledged prior to placing your order
Restocking Fee: Returned items that are neither defective nor damaged, or that were ordered in error on the customers behalf will have the shipping charges from the original order and a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Ordering/Shipping:
Order Processing Times: Orders for in stock products are typically processing/shipping within 3 business days, however transit times for all major carriers vary, and you may experience delays in receiving your item.
Additional Items and Substitutions: Use our Contact Us page ASAP if a change or addition is needed on an order. Once the order is picked in our system, we cannot alter it and a new order for the additional items must be placed. We may combine multiple orders into one shipment, but we cannot refund any additional shipping charges you may incur.
Address changes & FFL updates: If you need to update your shipping address or FFL information on an order, please contact us via the Contact Us page as soon as possible with the correct information, referencing your order #. We try to process our orders as soon as possible, so to minimize any issues, please review your order thoroughly before submission to verify all information is correctly displayed.
Tracking Numbers: Based on shipment history in your area, a different carrier than the one chosen at checkout may be used. If your tracking number doesn't seem to be working, keep in mind UPS tracking numbers will start with 1Z while USPS tracking numbers are all numerical.
Package Protection for Damaged/Missing Items: Once the order has been picked up by your selected carrier, we cannot control what happens to the package. Packages go missing and/or get damaged infrequently, but anyone that has dealt with these carriers knows that packages endure abuse from time to time. For these reasons, we have partnered with Route Package Protection; to provide a worry-free, hassle-free claims process for missing or damaged shipments. If you opt in for Route Package Protection upon checkout, you’ll receive detailed information directly from Route on what to do if a package is damaged, missing contents due to damage, or if it never arrives.
Received Wrong Item: Select Website/Web Order issue from the Contact Us page dropdown menu, and we'll get back to you ASAP with a resolution for the error.
Free Shipping: Orders that exceed $200 after all discounts are applied qualify for free shipping. Orders with free shipping will ship via USPS or UPS.
