FAQs and Important Updates

When will a product be back in stock? Can I be added to a back order list?

We are stocking our distribution warehouse with NFA branded products as quickly and frequently as possible. We are also utilizing as many vendors as possible to get non-NFA branded items in stock. If the product you’re looking for is out of stock, we highly encourage you to join the waitlist and you’ll be notified when that product is back in stock. We are not taking back orders for qty’s less than 10. If you need more than 10 of a certain item, you may submit a formal PO to dealers@newfrontierarmory.com, and you’re order will be placed in queue and filled based on order date as product becomes available.

What is your Payment Policy?

Orders made through our website must be paid with a Credit Card.

Nevada state sales tax of 8.375% will be added to your total when ordering online with a Nevada shipping address. If you’re a Nevada based company who can provide us with your tax exemption, you will need to contact us to place your order via email or over the phone.

What are Your Transfer Fees?

When you purchase a firearm from another vendor and having it shipped to us for local pickup:

$30.00 transfer fee ($25.00 for active LEO/.MIL), $10.00 for each additional firearm

$25.00 for NV Department of Public Safety Background Check (Imposed Fee Collected by State of NV)

$50 transfer fee for each Class III item such as suppressors, SBR, SBS, Transferable Machine Guns, etc

If purchasing a firearm from us at the time of picking up your transfer(s), the $30 transfer fee will be waived. Purchase price of the firearm must be $150 or more. You will still be charged a $10 transfer fee per firearm for transfers of 2 or more.

If you have a valid CCW, the $25 Background Check Fee is waived

How it Works:

CLICK HERE for a contact form and choose “Incoming Firearm Transfer Request”. You will be given an option to download a copy of our FFL to mail, e-mail, or fax to your dealer if needed.

As soon as the firearm(s) are received and processed into our system, we will contact you for pickup. You will complete a background check and then have the firearm(s) transferred over to you once the background check has been called in, or transferred same day if you're a valid NV CCW holder.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE STORE TO SEE IF YOUR GUN HAS ARRIVED!!

We will call and/or e-mail you once you’re gun is unpacked, processed into our system, and ready for pickup. Even if you have a tracking number and it shows that it has arrived, it may not be processed into our system and ready for pickup, which could cause you an unnecessarily long wait when you show up to the store.
