Estimated lead time for variance orders?

Due to the increased amount of orders we’re receiving and the slow down in raw material deliveries, our variance order lead times are as follows:

Billet Lowers (most models) – 12-14 weeks

Billet Uppers (all models) – 14-16 weeks

Forged Lowers – 22-24 weeks

Forged Uppers – 8-10 weeks

***To be fair to all of our dealers, orders exceeding 100 parts of any SKU will be broken into smaller invoices/shipments based on available raw stock and other orders placed during the same time period.   

When will a product be back in stock? Can I be added to a back order list?

We are sending small batches of NFA branded products to our warehouse as quickly and frequently as possible.  We are also utilizing as many vendors as possible to get non-NFA branded items in stock.  If the product you’re looking for is out of stock, we highly encourage you to join the waitlist and you’ll be notified when that product is back in stock.  We are not taking back orders for qty’s less than 10.  If you need more than 10 of a certain item, you may submit a formal PO to [email protected], and you’re order will be placed in queue and filled based on order date as product becomes available. 

Ordering/Shipping:

Additional Items and Substitutions:  Unfortunately, we will not be able to add or alter the contents of your order after you submit the order. Please make sure to review the quantity/items before you submit payment. If you need additional items, you will need to submit a new order. 

Desired Ship-To FFL Not Found During Online Checkout:  Our FFL locator reads off your billing zip code and must be an exact match.  If your billing zip code is different than the desired FFL’s zip code, change the billing zip to match, select the FFL from the list once generated, then change you billing zip back to what it should be.  Also, if there is a suffix (ie: -4563) after your zip code, delete it as it affects the FFL locator. 

Address changes & FFL updates:  If you need to update your shipping address or FFL information on an order, please email ([email protected]) as soon as possible with the correct information, referencing your order #. We try to process our orders as soon as possible. Please review your order before and after submission to verify your shipping address and info is correctly displayed. 

Damaged/Missing Items/Carrier Issues:  Once the order has been picked up by your selected carrier, we can not control what happens to the package. Packages go missing and/or get damaged infrequently, but anyone that has dealt with these carriers know sometimes these packages get abused from time to time. If you receive a package that has damage, document the condition with multiple pictures of the tape/damage area before and after opening the package. Inspect the contents and take pictures of any damage to the items. Please email: [email protected] with your evidence of damage or missing items and let us know if anything went missing.  IF YOU DO NOT DOCUMENT THE DAMAGE, WE CAN NOT FILE A CLAIM.  INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE AND CONTENTS BEFORE THROWING ANYTHING AWAY. We will file a claim with the carrier as soon as possible. This is a slow process that usually takes weeks to resolve. You may be contacted by a USPS/UPS rep to inquire about/inspect the packaging or items.  Depending on the item/order in question and the circumstances, it will be at our discretion whether to replace the item or wait until the investigation has been closed when resolving the matter with the customer. In the rare case of shipping errors on our end, email [email protected] and we will correct the mistake as soon as we can. We offer UPS Ground and USPS priority shipping. UPS & USPS DO NOT guarantee shipping times on ground and priority shipments. If your shipment is delayed because of: Weather, Natural Disasters, Pandemics, Increased Shipping Volume, ETC.  We are not responsible for these delays. Please do not call or email asking to be compensated for this kind of issue. 

Refunds and Returns:

Order Cancellation Fee:  Any order canceled after being placed with a credit card will be charged a 3% cancellation fee to cover merchant services charges we incur when you order is placed.

Restocking Fee:  Any order canceled after a tracking number has been assigned and order status has been updated to shipped in our system will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Any order returned that is neither defective nor damaged will be charged for any shipping charges we incurred in getting you the order, the 3% cancellation fee to cover fees from merchant services and a 10% restocking fee.

What is your Payment Policy?

We accept Cash, Bank Checks, Money Orders, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

Nevada state sales tax of 8.25% will be added to your total when buying in store or ordering online with a Nevada shipping address.

What are Your Transfer Fees?

When you purchase a firearm from another vendor and having it shipped to us for local pickup:

$25.00 transfer fee ($20.00 for active LEO/.MIL) for up to three firearms, $5.00 for each additional firearm

$25.00 for NV Department of Public Safety Background Check (Imposed Fee Collected by State of NV)

$50 transfer fee for Class III items such as suppressors, SBR, SBS, Transferable Machine Guns, etc.

No transfer fee will be charged if you are also purchasing a firearm from us at the same time as long as the amount of guns being transferred in equals 3 or less.

If you have a Nevada CCW issued on or after July 2011 there is no $25 Background Check Fee.

How it Works:

CLICK HERE for a contact form and choose “Incoming Firearm Transfer Notification”. You will be given an option to download  a copy of our FFL to mail, e-mail, or fax to your dealer if needed.

As soon as the firearm(s) are received we will contact you to set up a day/time for pickup. You will complete a background check and then have the firearm(s) transferred over to you.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE STORE TO SEE IF YOUR GUN HAS ARRIVED!!
We will call and/or e-mail you once you’re gun is unpacked, processed into our system, and ready for pickup. Even if you have a tracking number and it shows that it has arrived it may not be processed into our system and ready for pickup, which could cause you an unnecessarily long wait when you show up to the store.

Who can legally purchase a firearm in our store?

To buy a handgun / handgun ammunition in our store you MUST BE:
21 years of age or older

A Nevada Resident with a Nevada Driver’s License / ID (For Firearms Only)

OR

A US Military member stationed in Nevada with a copy of your official orders and a utility bill for proof of physical residence)

To buy a long gun / long gun ammunition in our store you MUST BE:
18 years of age or older

A resident of any state except California. We still love all of our Kalifornia customers, but we don’t make the laws. Sorry guys! However, you can still purchase from us and we will ship it over to Cali for you to pick up at your favorite local dealer!

OR

To buy a stripped receiver or pistol grip shotgun (w/ no butt stock) in our store you MUST BE:
