Ensure all parts are included and send them in with a copy of this order for us to provide this service.

If you're sending in a lower receiver/complete firearm, please complete and include our Warranty/Repair Form  (to include type of ammo and magazines used) with a copy of your FFL or Driver's License, a copy of your paid order, and any other applicable paperwork.
